A group of us from Cherryfield went on dublin bus to visit two homless places and brought stuff for them. these were donated by clients in Cherryfield and it was a great sucess.
The services we delived to were TRUST in Bride Road Dublin 8 a social medical befiending service for people who are sleeping rough and Inner City Helping Homeless providing outreach food parcels sleeping bags and the care packages to people who are on the streets nightly and they meet at the GPO and go out in teams to find and link with people who are sleeping rough on the streets day and night all agers. This was started by local man Anthony Flynn.
