Many EVE services came together on Friday 8th May (including a large group from EVE Cherryfield) to take part in an exciting 'flashmob' event. This was held for the Green Ribbon campaign, aiming to break down stigma by raising awareness and starting conversations about mental health difficulties.
The main focal point of the performance was a group of approx 100 EVE service users freezing still like statues amidst the hectic city centre of Dublin for 5 minutes. This period of time is symbolic and allows people to take time out to reflect on and mindful of our own mental health.
We were joined on the day by The High Hopes choir, providing music as a way to cue all participating in the 'Flash Freeze' to freeze at exactly the same time. Enjoy by clicking on the picture below.
