This week we are here to show you two very important boards.
Our first board is:
The timetable board, this is where we update our programs
weekly.
It used to be black and white and all the classes were
updated in written form whereas now our board can be restructured by simply
using pictures to demonstrate the activities taking place.
The board is designed to be less confusing which facilitates
the understanding to the participants instead of them reading what is on in
bland written form.
We have started the
community activities board in January, it is still a work in progress, this
board allow us to keep track of the participants in what they are doing in the
community.
As you can see above, Kevin M. is attending a college and on
the board there is a colour coded system in place (education is marked in red)
that allows you to check that he is in an educational activity in the community.
The more active you are the more colors you get !
